High water quality of output in both pretreatment and demineralization system is required with automatic control in operation. High rate clarifier is offered to be able to fit in a limited footprint. Integration and coordination work is crucial during the construction in a fast track and turnkey basis.

The construction and expansion of water supply for Thai Cogeneration or COCO of Maptaput Industrial Estate requires a turnkey and fast track project delivery scheme. Aquathai as a co-leader of DAE-AQT Consortium was awarded for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the following system:
- Pretreatment plant 510 m3/h
- Filter water Plant 830 m3/h
- Demineralization plant 140 m3/h
Aquathai was solely responsible for the M&E work of the process equipment and system including the automatic control based on Human-Machine Interface (HMI) philosophy.
The project requires the construction work in an existing plant creating a necessary careful planning in a construction plan, control, safety and most important at the initial stage, the design control work.
