Aquathai had designed, constructed, supplied, installed and commissioned of a water treatment plant for a well-known private industrial estate of Siam Cement Group in Saraburi. The plant was built in steel structure with high rate clarifiers and filters to save the space and on a fast track basis. The water quality is controlled and on-line monitoring with automatic control function. The capacity is 9,600 m3/d.
The scope of work include:
- Pulsator type clarifiers,
- Sand filters with automatic backwash facility
- Chemical feed system
- Sludge thickener and belt press dewatering machine
- Control builiding with full automatic control system based on PLC
- On-line water quality analyzers to the central lab
- Water storage tank of 6,750 m3
- Pipe laying work, 300mm for 350 m
- Lab equipment
