Aquathai had designed, constructed, supplied, installed and commissioned of a water treatment plant for a well-known private industrial estate of Siam Cement Group in Rayong. The plant was the sequel to the success of the earlier work with Siam Cement in Saraburi. It was also built in steel structure with direct filtration concepts to save the investment cost and could be implemented on a fast track basis. The water quality is also controlled and on-line monitoring with automatic control function. The capacity is 5,000 m3/d.
The scope of work include:
- Sand filters with automatic backwash facility
- Chemical feed system with chlorine dosing unit
- Control building with full automatic control system based on PLC
- Water storage tank of 2,000 m3 and 5,000 m3
- Treated Water Pumping house and Office
- Elevated Water Storage tank, 250 m3
- Road and fence
